From Humble Kitchen Roots to Vibrant Culinary Journeys – A brief look at how passion and tradition shaped every dish.
Rooted in Tradition, Growing with Passion
In September 2024, a long-held dream came to life in Franklin. From a modest kitchen at 330 Mayfield Dr, I set out to share recipes rooted in family traditions. My goal was simple: bring friends, families, and neighbors together over warm meals. Each wok sizzle and hibachi clang carried flavors from my grandmother’s kitchen. Early guests enjoyed our Chinese dishes and stir-fries — their support kept me going.
Rooted in Flavor, Growing Together
Cooking connects me to my roots. I still remember my first taste of Szechuan peppercorns—bold and unforgettable. Every dish carries family memories, from General Tso’s Chicken to Spicy Edamame. Since September 2024, new management has brought sizzling hibachi and classic Chinese flavors to Bamboo House, keeping tradition alive with every wok stir and grill sizzle.
